The 6 month Basecamp Nutrition Plan is your 90 day commitment to building a better you! This plan is not only to kick start your health and wellness but to build healthy habits and accountability. It takes an average of 90 days to see real change and another 90 to make it stick. Remember, we spend years creating our current state of health, we need more than 5 minutes to get it back on track :) and even longer to re create healthy metabolic pathways. This plan includes your initial wellness consultation, personalized macro calculations and coaching, and 6 months of meal plans based on your individual needs and body composition. This means updates each month based on your body shifts and changes. A lot can happen in 6 months so we will be making a lot of adjustments as that happens. Alongside food, nutrition, and fitness guidance, this plan includes supplemental recommendations, cellular support coaching, and more. We are trying to get your body back to a state of thriving! If you are new to macros, this is an amazing path to jump on. You will learn how to fuel your body based on your life and your lifestyle. This is NOT a diet, this is a lifestyle of learning how to properly meet the physical and cellular needs of your body.
